The Wine

A blend of Grenache and Syrah grown in elevated vineyards at approximately 500m above sea level, soil composition is largely of clayey limestone. Radiating bright salmon pink, the nose offers a mélange of citrus, berries and exotic fruits. Chiselled and multi-layered, the palate delivers yet more toothsome fruits with herbs and floral notes against the backdrop of crispy acidity, leading to a long finish. A biodynamic gem versatile enough to be savoured on its own, or paired with seafood and white meat.

In delving deep into the infantile memory of mankind at the dawn of civilization when the surrounding flora anf fauna had yet to be tamed, the image seems to suggest a bullfighting scene, within its primal power shrouded in memory and myth.
